Authentic assessment is an essential component of effective learning that links theory to practice. As information technology has developed, portfolios have been considered authentic environments enable students reflect their potential through the evidence presented in e-portfolio. This research's general objective produce e-portfolio based model for PNFI Learning Media Development course Non-formal Education Study Program, Faculty Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Pattimura. The method used this research development method. It uses three main stages Tjeer Plomp model: 1) preliminary research, 2) prototype design expert validation, 3) testing revision. study involved 71 Pattimura, experts assessment, media, technology. data were obtained interviews, questionnaires, observations. found Mahara a suitable platform be process recommended developed as Pattimura
